The "conciliador" in the reorganization and bankruptcy (concurso mercantil) of Satélites Mexicanos, S.A. de C.V.
Empresas ICA in the placement of newly issued shares through the Mexican Stock Exchange, as well as to institutional investors outside of Mexico with total proceeds from the placement of approximately US$229 million.
