Telecoms Deals: Caught in the Crosswires?

The maturing of the telecoms sector has led to a spate of rumoured and actual telecoms M&A activity, particularly in emerging markets. Some telecoms companies are entering into joint ventures with the operators of telecoms masts, in order to share costs.
