Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Industria Macchine Automatiche S.p.A. (IMA) on its rights issue, conducted through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure and reserved to qualified investors in Italy and institutional investors abroad.
The transaction involved 1.75 million newly issued ordinary shares corresponding to 4.67 percent of IMA's share capital. UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking acted as global coordinator and bookrunner on the placement, and EQUITA SIM S.p.A. acted as joint lead manager.
IMA is a world leader in the design and manufacture of automatic machines for the processing and packaging of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, tea and coffee.
