White & Case Represents Talbots in Its Sale to an Affiliate of Sycamore Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP represented The Talbots, Inc., a leading specialty retailer and direct marketer of women's apparel, shoes and accessories, in its sale to an affiliate of Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm. The transaction was consummated today.
