Nathalie Nègre-Eveillard joined White & Case in 2002 and advises both French and foreign companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, LBO's and other general corporate law projects involving listed or non-listed companies.

Recent operations in which she participated include:

• The acquisition by BC Partners of the Spotless group in April 2010,
• The acquisition by Gilde of Novasep in January 2007 and subsequent build-up acquisitions completed by Novasep from 2007 to 2009,
• The acquisition by Legris Industries of Clextral in February 2007; and
• The disposal by Industri Kapital of the Consolis group in March 2007.

She has also been involved in several corporate restructurings, providing assistance to investment funds or companies in respect of debt or equity restructuring, including in the context of conciliation, safeguard or other insolvency proceedings.

Ms. Nègre-Eveillard has also significant experience in stock exchange related transactions, including tender offers, initial public offerings, and issuing of equity or debt securities. In December 2009, she notably assisted Novasep in connection with its € 370 million issue of high yield notes. She also advised BC Partners in connection with the IPO of Medica in February 2010.
