Nicola Rosenstock is a member of the Investment Funds Practice. She focuses on the establishment and representation of private investment funds including both domestic and international private equity and hedge funds. Her clients include well-established funds and managers based both inside and outside the US investing in US and non-US markets, as well as first-time funds of high quality emerging managers. She also represents investors, including sovereigns, funds of funds and individuals, seeking opportunities in alternative assets. In addition, Ms. Rosenstock advises investment advisers and broker-dealers on corporate and self-regulatory organizational and compliance matters.
