Practice Experience Nathaniel Stewart is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Defense and Special Litigation Group. His practice focuses on the representation of US and international clients in matters involving US Department of Justice, US Securities and Exchange Commission, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, and complex civil litigation. He also represents individuals involved in grand jury and government investigations.
Prior to joining White & Case LLP, Mr. Stewart served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He served as a law clerk in the US Department of Justice, and is a Fellow in Regulatory Studies at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.
