Nadine leads White & Case's CMBS special servicing and defaulted real estate loan restructuring and recovery practice in London. Her practice also includes all aspects of commercial real estate finance including high-yield real estate debt investment and development and construction lending.  Nadine’s principal clients are UK and European special servicers, an international rating agency, US and European real estate lenders and private real estate debt investors. Before joining White & Case in 2007, Nadine was counsel at Dechert LLP in London for 4 years, and an associate at Dechert in the US for 6 years. Before joining Dechert, she was a partner at Rome & McGuigan in Hartford, Connecticut from 1986, specialising in commercial mortgage loan origination and workout and restructure of defaulted real estate debt.
