Practice ExperienceMr. Gierke is a Litigation Case Manager in the New York office and currently handles complex litigation matters primarily in the areas of intellectual property and antitrust.
Mr. Gierke's experience includes plaintiff and defense work, class action and MDL matters, as well as federal and state court litigation in many jurisdictions.
Mr. Gierke has worked on a wide variety of cases, including patents, antitrust, employment, securities, personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, construction and insurance coverage.
Mr. Gierke also assists the lawyers in the intellectual property practice group with interference proceedings, opinion letters and due diligence.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2002, Mr. Gierke worked for law firms in New York City and Seattle, Washington since 1995.
