Practice Experience
Olivier Van Outryve focuses on advising clients on the resolution of national and international disputes relating to corporate, commercial and financial services matters. His clients include Belgian and international listed and private companies, public authorities and individuals. He has oral advocacy experience in Dutch, French and English. He is a member of the independent Belgian arbitration and mediation center CEPANI, which is composed of business leaders, academics, corporate legal experts and lawyers.

Before Olivier decided to focus his practice on dispute resolution, he had built up substantial experience in advising a wide variety of Belgian and international clients on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, and on general aspects of corporate and related law.
