Practice Experience
Oliver Zöll specializes in individual and collective labor and employment law. In particular he advises companies and executives on issues arising in their daily HR work and in connection with social security and works constitution law.

Oliver Zöll also concentrates his labor law practice on issues related to M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, with a special emphasis on problems arising under 
works constitution law and in connection with company pension schemes and business transfers. In addition to providing non-contentious law advice, Oliver Zöll represents clients before labor law courts and civil courts. He regularly publishes articles in legal journals and in newspapers and speaks frequently on topical employment law issues.

Prior to joining White & Case in August 2005, Mr. Zöll worked for the labor law department of a middle-sized law firm in Frankfurt.
