Overview

Cristina is named as a next generation partner for Germany – Debt Capital Markets in The Legal 500 EMEA 2021.

Cristina advises issuers and investment banks on capital markets law. She focuses on the issue, underwriting or placement of bonds, Schuldscheine, Pfandbriefe and structured products of any kind. Cristina also advises issuers and banks on the establishment and/or updating of Debt Issuance Programmes/EMTN Programmes, Structured Note Programmes and CP Programmes. Furthermore, Cristina advises financial institutions and financial technology (fintech) companies with respect to regulatory requirements for the provision of financial services by using innovative information technology. In this context, she has a particular focus on the structuring and offering of all types of capital markets products in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework. Prior to joining White & Case, Cristina worked as a trainee with a well-known investment bank in Frankfurt and for a major international law firm in Frankfurt in the Debt Capital Markets group.
