Representing Bochemie, a Czech chemical company, and its shareholders, Arx Equity Partners and Benson Oak, in the sale of its FMCG business involved in the retail sale household chemical appliances such as SAVO and Biolit to Unilever, one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies.

Providing Euromedic with advisory services in connection with its acquisition of Imuno, MUDr. Dana Sinaglova, HistoCyt, BioCyt, the laboratory business of Medicon, Prime Medical Technologies and several other companies and businesses active in the laboratory and diagnostics sector.

Advising ING Real Estate Development in connection with certain permitting issues related to the construction of an office building in Prague.

Assisting RWE Transgas Net in connection with various aspects of the permitting procedures related to the construction of a new 180 km gas transmission pipeline in the Czech Republic that represents a continuation of the Nord Stream and Opal transmission systems.
