Lydia Lin is the Professional Support Lawyer for the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice in the Americas. She has developed programs for monitoring legal developments and identifying trends in litigation and other areas of interest for members of the practice, as well as clients. She also develops technical training programs for members of the practice and clients. In addition, Ms. Lin works to increase communication and knowledge sharing across offices.
Prior to becoming a professional support lawyer, Ms. Lin was a senior associate in Commercial Litigation in the Firm's New York office with experience in complex commercial disputes, including contract disputes, bankruptcy valuation disputes, judgment enforcement proceedings, shareholder class actions and securities fraud class actions.
Ms. Lin spent part of 2007 on secondment to the New York City Law Department.
Prior to joining White & Case LLP, Ms. Lin was an intern in the Legal Office of the United States Supreme Court.
