Overview

Magda Kofluk's practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, in particular on construction disputes. Magda is also experienced in advising construction companies in disputes before state courts.

Prior to joining White & Case, Magda was an associate at another international law firm and completed an internship in London in an international law firm, working alongside prominent arbitration practitioners.

As a student, Magda twice participated in the largest international arbitration moot for students from all over the world (Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot). Her oratorical skills were recognized during the XVII edition of the Moot and she was awarded Honorable Mention, Martin Domke Award for Best Individual Oralist.

Representing an international company in a dispute related to a consultancy agreement (the Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)).

Advising on a potential investor-state dispute against the Republic of Poland related to the construction of a motorway.

Representing a contractor in a dispute related to construction of the A2 motorway.
