Marta Godlewska specializes in EU and Polish law, in particular in the fields of energy, public-private partnerships and public procurement.

She advises clients in project finance transactions in the infrastructure, transport and energy sectors, including renewable energy sector.

Marta Godlewska has participated in a number of projects involving the construction and financing of wind farms, waste-to-energy plants, power plants and energy infrastructure, as well as road infrastructure. She also has experience in providing ongoing services to entities engaged in the prospecting for, exploration and extraction of petroleum and natural gas in Poland.

Advice to Bank Pekao S.A. (UniCredit Group) in connection with the financing of a PPP project for the reconstruction and maintenance of dormitories for the Jagiellionian University Medical School in Kraków.

Advice to Bank Pekao S.A. (UniCredit Group) in connection with a project finance undertaking involving the construction of an installation for the separation of fly ash at a heat and power plant in Warsaw.

Advice to Bank Pekao S.A. and BGK in connection with financing in the amount of USD 210 mln and PLN 80 mln for Lotos Petrobaltic S.A. for the exploitation of a petroleum deposit in the Baltic Sea.

Advice to a wind farm operator with respect to the contemplated sale of a portfolio of wind farm projects, including negotiations with buyers.

Advice to Marathon Oil Company regarding various aspects of Polish geological and mining law and environmental protection law, as well as ongoing services connected with corporate issues concerning real estate, employment and other matters.
