Mr. Nilsson concentrates on litigation and arbitration, but he also advises clients on real estate law issues. He is frequently engaged as guest lecturer by the law schools at Stockholm and Örebro University as well as the Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm School of Economics, teaching real estate law, construction law and general commercial and procedural law.
Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Nilsson was a law clerk at the District Court of Södra Roslag in Stockholm. He has previously worked as a journalist.
Ongoing project advice to one of Sweden's three largest construction companies in relation to the construction of a new national sports arena.
Represented a Swedish municipality in Supreme Court litigation in an insurance dispute re tort claims.
Represented one of Sweden's three largest construction companies in negotiations and dispute regarding claims under an agreement for the construction of power line foundations and road construction works.
Represented a Norwegian company in a dispute regarding claims under an agreement for the construction of a district heating power plant.
Represented a Turkish contractor in a dispute with a Russian employer over claims under an agreement for the construction of an electric arc furnace in Russia.
