Overview

Nicole Mao is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice, based in Singapore.

Nicole regularly advises on Asia-based private equity sponsors and other financial investors in connection with their transactions across jurisdictions in Asia and globally. Nicole also advises MNCs and financial institutions on a variety of cross-border private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions.

Nicole was recently based in the Shanghai office for a year with the M&A practice group.

Nicole also contributes actively as part of the Singapore office's CSR committee.

As manager and sponsor on its establishment of a Singapore specific investment vehicle and related shareholder arrangement with 8 global real estate investors (including BVK) for the equity funding of the acquisition of a portfolio of 169 properties in Japan from Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation.
