Paweł Samborski focuses on litigation before state and arbitration courts, particularly related to construction investments. He has experience in representing international and Polish investors, contractors and consultants before state courts and in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the UNICITRAL, ICC and Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce. He has participated in disputes related to a EURO 2012 stadium, motorways, shopping centers, a fast train, industrial plants and office buildings.
Representing an international contractor in a construction dispute (FIDIC Red Book) valued at €27 mln related to one of the biggest and most complicated multi-purpose investments in Poland (the Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)).
Representing a major Polish contractor in a series of disputes valued at €195 mln relating to the termination of an agreement on the construction of a EURO 2012 stadium (court dispute – state courts).
Representing an international contractor in a dispute valued at €4.2 mln related to the construction of the S7 express road (the Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC )).
Representing a Polish municipal company in a dispute (of a combined value of €15 mln) (FIDIC Yellow Book) with an international contractor related to a local transportation investment (the Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)).
Representing a Polish industry group in a series of disputes (a combined value of approximately €37 mln) with a leading Polish contractor concerning two industrial installations (court dispute – state courts).
