Sarah Katharina Götze advises medium-sized and large domestic and foreign companies in all areas of corporate law. Her practice comprises the ongoing legal advice in corporate law issues as well as legal advice with regard to national and cross-border transactions as well as restructurings.
Sarah also provides legal advice to national and international clients on real estate related matters, in particular in the context of single asset and portfolio transactions as well as commercial tenancy and land law.
Sarah has broad knowledge with respect to foundation and non-profit law.
Prior to joining White & Case and while completing her doctoral thesis, Sarah worked at a leading Swiss law firm in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions/Compliance.
