Tobias Block provides legal advice to national and international clients on all real estate-related matters since 2011. Initially, he focused on judicial proceedings on all real estate-related matters, especially representing owners of shopping malls and advertising communities. Tobias became a specialized lawyer for tenancy and residential law. He always keeps in mind to balance clients' legal and commercial interests. He continues to advise clients in all aspects of property management issues, from contractual designs to judicial proceedings. Tobias practice includes single-asset and portfolio transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case Tobias worked as an assistant at the Seminar for Criminal Law of the University of Hamburg and at a law firm specialized in white-collar crime.
