Vanessa Seibel advises companies on all aspects of corporate law with a focus on the law of stock corporations and affiliated companies as well as German law on private limited companies.
She particularly specializes in advising on structural measures, such as Squeeze-outs, transformation law, capital measures, corporate finance and public take-overs. Furthermore, Vanessa Seibel advises management and supervisory board members on aspects of corporate governance, compliance and liability issues.
Prior to joining White & Case as a lawyer, Vanessa Seibel worked as a legal assistant and trainee lawyer in the corporate law practice of another leading international law firm in Mannheim and Beijing. In addition, Vanessa Seibel gained experience as a research assistant, especially in the field of private international law and comparative law at the University of Trier.
