Veronica Carson

Veronica Carson is a professional support counsel focusing on corporate/M&A work. Veronica supports the corporate/M&A Group in monitoring and analysing legal, practice and market developments; capturing and managing the Group's know-how; writing standard forms and practice notes; contributing to training; and answering queries from practitioners in London and other White & Case offices. Veronica also helps co-ordinate knowledge management activities more generally across the London office. Prior to joining White & Case in 2007, Veronica was a corporate professional support lawyer at a large city law firm at which she had previously been an M&A transactional lawyer for many years. Veronica has been a professional support lawyer since July 1995.
