Vladimír Ivančo, Head of Slovak desk, has been advising clients for more than fifteen years, and is being recognized as one of the leading dispute lawyers.

His clients benefit from his considerable experience in advising on civil court disputes and arbitrations and representation before Slovak courts, including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. He has vast experience in disputes related to damage claims, the determination of title to real estate, preliminary injunctive orders, insurance claims, court reviews of administrative decisions, avoidance actions, claims for the invalidity of legal actions, employment and discrimination claims, and claims related to corporate governance.

He has also advised clients regarding sensitive internal investigations and is a regular member of external investigation teams dealing with reports submitted via whistleblowing programs.

Representation of PPF Group N.V. , an international investment group founded in the Czech Republic, on its sale of 50% stake plus one share in PPF Telecom Group's assets in Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia and Slovakia, leading providers of telecommunications services, to Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC (e&) and on the establishment of a joint venture between PPF Group and e& in relation to these assets.

Representation of Avast plc, one of the world's largest cybersecurity companies, on the carve out disposal of its Family Safety Mobile Business to Smith Micro Software, Inc., for US$66 million.

Advised a leading waste management company and its insurer in a dispute with an Italian company which is the supplier of waste incinerator technology in arbitration under the Vienna International Arbitration Centre Rules.
