White & Case Advises Secured Capital Japan on Japan’s Largest Real Estate Transaction in 2009

January 11, 2010 ... Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Secured Capital Japan Co., Ltd., Japan's leading real estate investment and asset management business, on its purchase of the office portion of Pacific Century Place, a premier class 32-story office building in Tokyo's Marunouchi district.
According to the Nikkei Real Estate Market Report, the acquisition represents Japan's largest real estate transaction deal by value in 2009.
