White & Case Advises Accent on the Sale of Crem International

November 9, 2012 ... Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Accent Equity 2003 KB and Accent Equity 2003 LP ("Accent") on the sale of Crem International Holding AB ("Crem").
The Firm advised Accent and the minority owners on the sale of Crem to Priveq Investment Fund IV L.P. and SEB Venture Capital through a newly formed company.
Crem is a world leader manufacturer of coffee machines and has approximately 260 employees. Accent has been the majority owner of Crem for more than five years.
The White & Case team was led by Stockhom partner Ulf Johansson, who was assisted by associates Thérèse Hamsten, John Gustafsson and Oscar Liljeson. Associates Lucy Xu and Amy Yang in Shanghai provided additional support.
