White & Case Advises De'Longhi Soparfi S.A. on Block Trade

November 19, 2012 ... Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised De'Longhi Soparfi S.A., the controlling shareholder of De'Longhi S.p.A., the leading Italian-listed company in the household goods sector, in a block trade done through an accelerated book building. The transaction is valued at about €114 million for approximately 8% of De'Longhi's ordinary shares (11,960,000 shares) sold to institutional investors. The deal was arranged by Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
