White & Case Advises Lenders in Bordeaux University Renovation

Paris, November 19, 2012 ... Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, central sector and savings funds department, in relation to the renovation and rehabilitation of sixteen buildings belonging to Bordeaux University.

Caisse des dépôts et consignations, central sector and savings funds department, acted as lender to the Real Estate Development and Construction Company (SRIA) of Bordeaux University.
