White & Case Advises on the Sale of Genoyer Group

Paris, May 3, 2007 ... White & Case represented the Carlyle Group and the other shareholders in the sale of Genoyer Group to CDC Capital Investissement. Genoyer Group is a major industrial and commercial operator for global oil, gas and water projects, with 1,350 employees and a turnover of €290 million in 2006.

The White & Case team was headed by partner Nicolas Huet, who advised on the Corporate/M&A aspects of the deal, assisted by Oriane Dubocq. Partner Norbert Majerholc provided advice on the tax aspects of the transaction and partner Raphaël Richard advised on finance issues.
