White & Case Boosts English Law Capabilities in Moscow

Moscow, June 23, 2008 ... Global law firm White & Case LLP announced today the addition of two new partners to its Moscow office.  Evgenia Laurson brings considerable experience in project finance and mining transactions to the already strong energy and natural resources team on the ground in Russia, and Simon H.P. Morgan, who focuses on structured cross-border transactions in emerging markets, will further strengthen the Firm's finance and capital markets practices in Moscow.  Both Evgenia and Simon have relocated from White & Case's London office.

In addition to her solid background in project and structured finance transactions, Evgenia also advises on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, particularly in the metals and mining sector.  Simon specializes in a wide range of structured finance, securitisation (including residential mortgage backed securities, credit cards, auto loans, off-take receivables and future flow receivables) and capital markets products.  He counts many of the leading investment and commercial banks as his clients.
