White & Case Advises CDC on Acquisition of a 25.5 Percent Stake in Eutelsat

December 8, 2006 ... White & Case acted for Caisse des Dépôts et consignations ("CDC") on its acquisition of a 25.5% stake in Eutelsat Communications from entities controlled by Eurazeo.
The completion of the acquisition is still subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities.
