New Partner Joins White & Case's Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets Practice in Stockholm

London, New York, Stockholm December 9, 2008 ... Global law firm White & Case LLP today announced the addition of partner Jan Lombach in the Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets Practice of its Stockholm office.  Lombach is a prominent practitioner in the securities industry and will focus on securities regulation and corporate governance transactions.

A transactional attorney, Lombach concentrates on mergers and acquisitions within the financial industry and has advised on major M&A transactions for Nordic and international corporate clients, private equity funds, investment banks, fund managers and financial institutions on a wide range of matters, including IPOs, other securities offerings, tender offers, privatizations, corporate restructurings and regulatory matters.
