Philip Trillmich is a member of the firm's Sourcing and Technology Transactions Group. He advises clients in the financial services industry and a variety of other industries on the sourcing of information technology and business processes and on technology transactions such as the acquisition, development, licensing, transfer and implementation of software, electronic databases and other technology. His practice also includes technology-centric joint ventures and the intellectual property and information technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

From December 2007 through September 2008, Philip Trillmich worked on sourcing transactions on secondments with the firm's New York office, a telecommunications services provider in London and a leading German bank in New York.

From 2002 to 2004, he was a legal advisor with the Intellectual Property Rights Helpdesk of the European Commission in Alicante (Spain).
