This article analyses the decision of the Spanish National Court that the ANC has exceeded its powers in taking copies of company employees hard drives and therefore breached the principle of domicile inviolability, thus putting at question the NCA's powers of inspection (Spanish Cosmetic Toiletry and Perfumery Association – Stanpa).
