Recent developments in ICC Arbitration in Africa and the new South African Arbitration Bill
We are delighted to invite to you to a working lunch with our guest speaker Tunde Ogunseitan, the Counsel responsible for South African arbitrations at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris.
You will be hosted by White & Case’s international arbitration counsel Luiz Aboim, who has considerable experience in high profile international arbitration disputes across Lusophone, Francophone and English speaking parts of Africa, particularly in the energy, natural resources, telecoms and infrastructure sectors.
As South Africa is about to have a new International Arbitration Bill, which we expect will positively impact on South Africa domestic and cross border disputes, this will be a unique opportunity to discuss recent developments on ICC Arbitration in Africa, and the new bill.
For questions, please contact Lizel Bester.
