White & Case scored highly in the most recent rankings of US litigation firms in Benchmark Litigation, the only industry publication to focus exclusively on litigation in the US. Its rankings are based on face-to-face interviews over a year-long period with the nation's leading private practice lawyers and in-house counsel.
The Firm was listed among the top National Litigation firms by Benchmark Litigation, and was ranked in Tier 1 for International Arbitration and Tier 3 for General Commercial Litigation by the publication.
