Practice Experience
Ronald Brody joined White & Case in February to co-head the Firm's US Leveraged Finance Group. A recognized leading high yield securities lawyer, Brody and his group of high yield partners have a broad base of experience across all industry areas and have appeared consistently on the Thomson league tables for underwriter representations. Mr. Brody's practice embodies a wide range of corporate financing matters, with a particular focus on the representation of investment banks in high yield securities transactions. He is involved in all aspects of deal structure, negotiation and documentation. Mr. Brody has extensive experience in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and recapitalizations, and his clients include investment banks as well as both public and private companies.
