Practice Experience
Richard Burke counsels clients on a broad range of international trade matters. His experience includes:
- US trade remedy administrative and judicial proceedings, including antidumping and countervailing duty matters;
- Economic sanctions and US export controls, including advice on export licensing and compliance issues as well as representation in enforcement proceedings before the Commerce Department, State Department, and Treasury Department Office of Foreign Assets Control; and
- Customs compliance issues including classification, country of origin, valuation, and marking issues.
