Practice Experience
Mr. Raúl Fernández Briseño joined White & Case in 1999. His practice focuses mainly in project finance matters, energy, gas, telecommunications (expertise in satellite regulations), aircraft financing, general corporate matters, complex M&A transactions, securitizations, debt restructurings, joint ventures, real estate, administrative and other corporate areas, as well as administrative procedure and constitutional litigation.
Mr. Fernández's experience includes procedures with the Ministry of Finance, the National Banking and Securities Commission, the Mexican Antitrust Commission, the Civil Aviation Authority, the Federal Telecommunications Commission and other federal and local governmental entities. He has broad experience in negotiating commercial and administrative contracts and other commercial transactions, as well as negotiations with federal, local and municipal authorities.
Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Fernández worked in a prestigious boutique law firm in Mexico specializing in corporate and securities law.
