Practice Experience
Mr. Gandesha represents clients with respect to a wide variety of intellectual property and commercial litigation matters, including complex patent, trade secret, copyright and antitrust litigations. Mr. Gandesha also advises and counsels clients with respect to data protection and privacy issues, including cross-border transfers of personal data, security breach notification issues, Internet and email marketing, and Internet privacy policies. Mr. Gandesha has represented and advised national and multinational clients in the pharmaceutical, oil, telecommunications, IT, consumer health, entertainment and financial services industries. Recent cases have included representation of a major pharmaceuticals manufacturer in a monopolization case involving allegations of fraud on the United States Patent Office; a trade secret misappropriation matter before the United States International Trade Commission concerning alleged theft of bacterial strains; representation of landline and wireless telephone companies in multi-party federal patent infringement actions concerning certain call-blocking technology; and representation of a performing rights society in connection with the litigation of copyright issues on the Internet.
