Robert Haak is an Associate in the firm's Banking & Capital Markets Group and joined the London office of White & Case in May 2007. Robert specialises in corporate finance transactions and securities offerings, with particular focus on emerging markets and high-yield debt offerings.

He has represented investment banks and companies in a range of securities transactions, including Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings. His practice also includes the representation of companies in connection with general corporate and securities matters.

Robert joined the firm from a leading commercial law firm in South Africa. He has experience in advising leading public and private companies in South Africa in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate structuring and restructuring as well as advising on financial restructuring.
