Practice Experience
Radosław Illing focuses on banking, restructuring and financial law. Mr. Illing also has experience in mergers & acquisitions and private equity.

Prior to rejoining White & Case recently, he worked for three years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London, where he participated in financing and restructuring of transactions in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Before that, he worked for four years at White & Case. Prior joining White & Case, he had been an assistant at the Institute of International Law at the School of Business and Administration in Warsaw. He also had an internship at the Canadian Embassy and the U.S. Commercial Service in Warsaw, where he advised American companies on the possibilities for investing in Poland.

He graduated from the Warsaw University School of Law and from the Faculty of International Economic Relations at the Academy of Business and Administration in Warsaw. He also completed post-graduate studies in banking at the School of Economics in Warsaw.  In 2001, he graduated with honors from the LLM program at Stetson University in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. Afterwards, he had an internship at the White & Case office in Miami, Florida.

Mr. Illing is a member of the International Law Association (Polish Branch) and the American Bar Association. He is one of the founders of the Polish City Club in London – an organization for young Polish professionals working in London.

He is fluent in English.
