Rostyslav Telyatnykov's main areas of practice are real estate private equity and real estate finance.

Mr. Telyatnykov concentrates on advising local and international investors relating to complex real estate transactions, in particular large-scale residential and commercial properties portfolio, sale-and-leaseback transactions etc., but also on commercial leases and real estate financings.

Mr. Telyatnykov advised on several portfolio acquisitions and portfolio sales and has gained a varied experience in real estate due diligence, contract negotiations etc.

After having worked as a freelancer at a German law firm Mr. Telyatnykov worked for a leading international law firm, before he joined White & Case in 2007.
