Representation of JPMorgan Securities Ltd., Lehman Brothers International (Europe) and Merrill Lynch International on the US$1.54 billion initial public offering of Oil Refineries Ltd. (ORL), an Israeli corporation wholly owned by the State of Israel. This was the largest-ever IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, as well as the largest-ever privatisation in Israel’s history. ORL, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the refining of crude oil, the manufacture of petrochemicals and aromatic products and the manufacture of basic oil and waxes;

Representation of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited and Merrill Lynch International on a US$280 million offering of ordinary shares of MirLand Development Corporation Plc, an Israeli controlled Cypriot incorporated company, and admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM. MirLand is a real estate development company focusing on developing high-quality commercial and residential real estate assets in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other large Russian cities;
