Sven-Holger Undritz specializes in insolvency and corporate reorganization law. He is regularly appointed as an insolvency administrator by the District Courts of Hamburg, Norderstedt and Flensburg.

During his many years as an insolvency administrator, Sven-Holger Undritz has guided more than 300 companies through insolvency proceedings, and in many cases he has been able to use the framework of such proceedings to rehabilitate the debtor’s business. Notable insolvency proceedings administered by Dr. Undritz include Schieder Möbel Holding GmbH, PopNet Internet AG as well as Paul Günther AG. In addition, Sven-Holger Undritz has brought his comprehensive expertise in corporate restructuring law to bear on behalf of both German and international clients, for example by drafting complex insolvency plans or rendering advice on the acquisition of insolvent companies.

Sven-Holger Undritz frequently writes on insolvency issues for leading academic and business journals and gives lectures to legal associations on these topics.
