She has acted for governments, sponsors and lenders and has extensive international experience - United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Australia – in a variety of sectors, including roads, central and local government, education, health, prisons & justice, defence accommodation, property outsourcing, and airports
Representative transactions include:
- Advising a consortium in connection with its bid for the Adana Integrated Healthcare Campus PPP project (Turkey);
- Advising a consortium in connection with the Schiphol-Amsterdam-Almere Corridor: A1/A6 junction Diemen-Almere Havendreef PPP project (Netherlands);
- Advising sponsor in connection with Royal Marsden NHS Trust PPP project to re-provide energy services and energy management services (UK);
- Advising a framework participant in connection with numerous bids relating to the Carbon Energy Fund NHS Energy Framework (UK);
- Advised a bidder in connection with its bid for the Zambia Fast Track Consortium Road PPP. Project was cancelled (Zambia);
- Advised commercial lenders and an international ECA in connection with the Berlinwasser/Mitsui consortium's bid for the Muharraq Wastewater Treatment PPP Project (Bahrain);
- Advised consortium in connection with its bid in respect of the US$2.65 billion 325-kilometre Mafraq – Ghweifat Highway PPP Project (Abu Dhabi);
- Advised sponsor in connection with the Emergency Planning College PPP project (UK);
- Advised consortium in connection with its bid for the Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service PPP project (UK);
- Advised lenders in connection with the US$1.1 billion Zayed University Abu Dhabi PPP project. This project which was awarded "Middle Eastern PPP Deal of the Year 2009" by Project Finance International (Abu Dhabi);
- Advised lenders in connection with the US$350 million Sorbonne University New Campus Abu Dhabi PPP Development project. This project was awarded the "Middle East PPP Deal of the Year 2008" by Euromoney's Project Finance Magazine and the "Project Finance Deal of the Year 2009" by IFLR (Abu Dhabi);
- Advised sponsor in connection with the provision of public schools management services, for the Cycle 3 PPP Project phase (Abu Dhabi);
- Advised consortium in connection with its bid for five Prisons PPP Projects (UK);
- Advised sponsor in connection with the Tameside II BSF project (UK);
- Advised lenders in connection with the Wolverhampton BSF project (UK);
- Advised lender in connection with East Ayrshire Schools PFI project (UK);
- Advised water company in connection with the Cairo-Suez BOOT Water Supply Project (Egypt);
- Advised water company in connection with Project Nefretiti, the development of ten BOT wastewater projects (Egypt);
- Advised lender in connection with Bangor University PFI Project (UK);
- Advised lead arranger and private bond places in connection with the Tay Wastewater PFI Wastewater treatment plant. This Project involved a £103 million private placement of secured project bonds (UK);
- Advised sponsor in connection with Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust PPP Project to re-provide energy services and energy management services (UK);
- Advised consortium in connection with Stage 1 of the bidding for Belmarsh West and Maghull PPP Prisons Project (UK);
- Advised sponsor in connection with MoD PPP PRIME Central deal in relation to core works and services for MoD establishments across central England and Wales (UK);
- Advised sponsor in connection with MoD PPP PRIME Housing deal in relation to building works and FM services across the entire MoD service housing estate in England and Scotland (UK);
- Advised consortium in connection with the design, build, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of Onley PPP Prison (UK);
- Advised a bidder in connection with its bid for the Bedford Hospital NHS Trust Pathology Services PPP project (UK);
- Advised consortium in connection with Birmingham & Solihull NHS LIFT (UK);
- Advised lender in connection with their bid for the £46 million Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service PPP Project (UK);
- Advised private sector party in connection with Foreign Commonwealth Office FM PPP outsourcing bid (Western Europe & UK);
- Advised private sector party in connection with Oldham Strategic Services Partnering PPP (UK);
- Advised lender in connection with bid for South Ayrshire PFI Schools Project (UK);
- Advised lenders up to preferred bidder stage in connection with Barking Schools PFI Project (UK);
- Advised sponsor in connection with successful bid to provide research and development services to the Department of Trade and Industry in connection with the National Physical Library PPP Project (UK);
- Advised lender in connection with the Brno Wastewater treatment plant concession (Czech Republic).
