Practice Experience
Stuart B. Lasky has recently joined White & Case. He is a Benefits Consultant in the Firm's Executive Compensation, Benefits and Employment Law Practice Group, assisting partners, counsels, benefits attorneys and associates with respect to all employee benefits issues, both client and Firm related. Mr. Lasky is experienced in preparing IRS Plan qualification submissions and preparing IRS termination submissions. He also has experience in drafting all qualified retirement plans, amendments and employee communications as well as drafting all nonqualified welfare plans, amendments and employee communications. Mr. Lasky has drafted summary plan descriptions for both qualified and nonqualified plans, and has experience analyzing and summarizing executive compensation programs (i.e., executive compensation agreements, change in control agreements, stock option agreements, etc.) with respect to mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Lasky has been in the employee benefits/executive compensation field since 1979, having also served as a senior legal assistant, consultant and third-party administrator.
