Sergio Márquez joined the firm in 2004 and specializes in general corporate matters, bank finance, aircraft financing and corporate restructuring, among other corporate areas.

He has advised issuers and underwriters in various types of securities offerings both in Mexico and abroad, including Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and ABN Amro.

Sergio Márquez’s expertise includes procedures with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, The National Banking and Securities Commission, the National Insurances and Bonds Commission, the Mexican Stock Exchange and the General Department of Civil Aviation, among others.
