Stephanie Pidun's main areas of practice are insolvency law and insolvency administration. Ms. Pidun acts as an Insolvency Administrator and deals with the continuation or liquidation of companies from various industries. Furthermore, she advises companies and their representative bodies in connection with corporate reorganization and restructuring as well as on liability issues.

In addition, Ms. Pidun counsels clients on the purchase of insolvent companies or represents creditors in connection with the enforcement of their claims in insolvency proceedings.
