Practice Experience
Mr. Ross concentrates in swaps and securities derivatives, foreign exchange transactions, repurchase transactions and securities lending transactions, structured transactions and secured transactions. Mr. Ross represents clients entering into derivatives transactions and unwinding and closing-out derivatives transactions in default. Recently, Mr. Ross has devoted a substantial amount of his time to derivatives transactions with hedge funds involving emerging market currencies. In addition, Mr. Ross designs derivatives and structured securities products.
Mr. Ross is a member of several ISDA committees, including the committee which prepared the form of confirmation for credit swaps and the committee which prepared the form of confirmation for emerging market foreign exchange transactions.
